St. Louis County Schools, ISD 2142 offers a comprehensive benefits package to all eligible employees.  Our benefit programs include but are not limited to medical, dental, life, long term disability (LTD) as well as voluntary retirement savings with our tax-deferred 403(b) and 457 Deferred Comp Plans.  

Dependent coverage is also available under eligible employees who are qualified for and enrolled in a group medical and/or dental plan.  
All insurance benefits are contract specific, please refer to your bargaining agreement regarding insurance eligibility and options available to you.  Union contracts are available on our District website under 'Staff Resources.'

This is a voluntary/optional plan.  All premiums are employee paid and all eligible staff can enroll in this plan, meaning staff who are on a regular schedule and working a minimum of 14 hours per week. (Vouchered, casual, seasonal and substitute staff are not eligible.)
