School Bus Safety Information

  • Families are encouraged to review bus safety guidelines with their student before the start of the school year:

    • Remain seated at all times
    • Keep legs facing forward and not in the aisles
    • Wait for the driver’s signal prior to crossing the road
    • Use the handrails when getting on and off the bus
    • If you miss the bus, don’t run towards or after it
    • Keep your hands to yourself
    • Be courteous to other riders
    • No eating or drinking on the bus
    • Listen to and respect your driver
    • Be at your bus stop at minimum five minutes prior to your pick up time
    • No horseplay at the bus stop
    • Keep voice volume to reasonable level
