She is passionate about fostering positive school climates, strengthening social-emotional learning, and promoting both academic growth and student well-being. Cassandra is currently pursuing her Ed.S. in Principal Administration and has collaborated with the Minnesota Department of Education on initiatives that advance equity and mental health in schools. Her professional values center on honesty, integrity, fairness, and problem-solving, which guide her work in building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues. |
